Play Like a Pro – 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We’re confident you’ll love Play Like a Pro. That’s why we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee—no hassle, no risk.

How It Works

If you’re not satisfied with the course within the first 14 days, simply email [email protected] and we’ll process a full refund, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Request Window: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase. After this period, all sales are final.

  • Minimum Participation / Maximum Completion: Because Play Like a Pro is a digital program, you must give it an honest try before requesting a refund. This means:

    • You’ve completed at least 10% of lessons, but

    • You have completed no more than 25% of the course content at the time of your request.

  • Access Revocation: Once a refund is processed, your login credentials will be revoked and you agree to delete any downloaded materials.

  • One Refund Per Customer: The guarantee applies to your first purchase only. Repeat purchases are not covered.

Mini Courses (e.g. 10 Days to Fretboard Freedom, Play Smarter)

We also offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on our mini-courses under the same fair-use conditions:

  • Request Window: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase.

  • Minimum Participation / Maximum Completion: You’ve completed at least 25% of lessons but no more than 30% of the content at the time of your request.

  • Access Revocation & One Refund Per Customer: Same terms as above.

1-on-1 Coaching / Online Lessons

All payments for online lessons are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of personalized instruction and scheduled time commitments, we cannot offer refunds once a booking has been made.

If you need to reschedule a lesson, please email [email protected] in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but missed lessons without prior notice may not be rescheduled.
